This is the Scottish qualifier for the UKNSU likely to be in September.
Non Scottish entrees will be allowed to enter this qualifier this year as we are aware some people live near the border and Scotland may be closer. Also nationals that have moved to Scotland will be able to enter also.

AXLE AND LOG PRESS
U80 - 85 axl 85 log
U90 & Masters - 95 axl 95 log
u105 - 105 axl 105
Opens 125 axl 125 log
The axle will be pressed and then the log and then you return to the axle and then the log in that repetitive order. This will be max reps within 60 seconds.
Triple ply knee and elbow sleeves, belts, belt cleans, chalk all allowed.
Each rep must be fully extended above the head with feet steady and await referee's down signal.
EVENT 2
MAX DEADLIFT
All categories have 3 nominated lifts. Once you fail a lift you are out.
Triple ply knee and elbow sleeves, belts, suits, straps, figure 8's, chalk all allowed. Time limit 60 seconds.
Each rep must be fully locked out with feet steady and await referee's down signal. Strengthshop deadlift bars will be used.
EVENT 3
YOKE INTO FARMERS

U90 & Masters 280 into 115 per hand
U105 300 into 130 per hand
Opens 320 into 145 per hand
